Wayne Memorial Hospital in Honesdale, PA is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner/ RNFA to provide perioperative support in the operating room. You will assist surgeons with exposure, hemostasis, tissue handling, and closure while maintaining patient safety and high-quality care.

The ideal candidate has NP credentials with PA licensure as a CRNP, current DEA registration, and at least one year of RNFA experience in a hospital setting.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with NP credential.
• Current Pennsylvania CRNP licensure.
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• At least one year RNFA experience in a hospital setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patient-centered approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-assisting services during surgical procedures within scope and privileges.
• Assist surgeons with exposure, hemostasis, tissue handling, suturing, and wound closure.
• Participate in preoperative and postoperative patient care as appropriate.
• Maintain sterile environment and adhere to infection prevention protocols.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and participate in safety protocols.
• Collaborate with surgeons and perioperative team to support coordinated care.
• Support orientation and ongoing professional development.
