Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) for perioperative services in California. The RNFA will assist the primary surgeon, coordinate patient care, and ensure infection control and quality standards during surgical procedures.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years scrub and circulate experience in acute care, completion of an approved RNFA course, and current BLS/ACLS certifications. CNOR and PALS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years scrub and circulate experience in an acute care facility.
• RNFA certification or completion of an approved RNFA course.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required or as listed.
• CNOR certification preferred and PALS encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assists the primary surgeon in perioperative care.
• Coordinates, manages, and delegates patient care during procedures.
• Maintains infection control and nursing standards throughout the case.
