Job summary

Englewood Health in Englewood, NJ is seeking a dedicated OR Procedure Materials Management team member to support surgical services. You will pull data from the EPIC Scheduling System to prep for cases across the Main OR and ancillary areas.

The role covers inventory control, cycle counting, and procurement of high-value implants and devices, with coordination to ensure implants and equipment are verified and ready before scheduled surgeries, contributing to on-time outcomes and efficient room

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced perioperative environment.
• Inventory control experience required.
• Extreme attention to detail essential.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and sales reps.

Responsibilities

• Pull data from EPIC Scheduling System for upcoming cases.
• Oversee stocking, cycle counting, and procurement of high-value devices.
