RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Coordinator Materials Mgmt at MMC Specialty Care Center to manage OR and general surgical supplies. Responsibilities include stocking, PAR level monitoring, receiving, and distributing implants and supplies, with emphasis on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience with inventory systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment. Excellent attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with hospital supply chain or inventory control preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and data tracking tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and replenish operating room supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain PAR levels to prevent shortages.
• Order, receive, inspect, and distribute supplies and implants.
• Ensure expired or recalled items are removed promptly.
• Maintain documentation and track implants using the UDI system.
• Collaborate with OR coordinators to plan procurement for surgeries.
• Process requisitions and monitor STAT orders to control costs.
• Support emergency replenishment and audits for accuracy.
