Qualifications

• ADN required; Experienced level in staff education is preferred.
• Current RN license in California is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and evaluate educational programs to meet regulatory requirements and organizational needs.
• Design and coordinate continuing professional education for staff.
• Collaborate with consultants on projects in professional education, development, and learning.
• Communicate and market education programs to a broad audience based on assessed needs.
• Develop orientation and competency processes for clinical staff and monitor performance.
• Respond to changes in clinical practice with necessary training and education.
• Participate in leadership meetings and improvement activities.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.
