Job summary

Clinical Management Consultants seeks a Perioperative Nurse Educator for a prominent Northern California hospital in the San Francisco Bay Area. This clinical leader will strengthen perioperative education across 15+ operating rooms and 120+ staff, bridging OR, PACU, and perioperative workflows.

You will design competency-based education, coordinate orientation, and support annual skills validation while advancing evidence-informed practice and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Perioperative nurse educator role and strong clinical knowledge.
• Experience in teaching and staff development is preferred.
• Ability to lead interdisciplinary education and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities
