What You'll Do

• Develop, coordinate, and evaluate programs to meet regulatory requirements and organizational needs.
• Design, develop, coordinate, and evaluate activities for continuing professional education for staff.
• Collaborate with consultants to develop special projects in professional education, development, and learning.
• Communicate and market education programs to a broad target audience based on assessed needs.
• Make recommendations for cost/quality strategies and serve as an expert resource to staff.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate orientation and competency processes for clinical staff.
• Evaluate performance issues and develop strategies for remediation.
• Respond to changes in clinical practice and provide necessary training and education.
• Participate in leadership projects, meetings, committees, and improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance and documentation of organizational records based on regulatory standards.
