Job summary

Havasu Regional Medical Center is seeking a Perioperative Educator RN to lead education initiatives for the operating room team. The role focuses on developing and delivering perioperative education, onboarding new staff, and supporting ongoing competency development across surgical specialties.

Join a collaborative perioperative team dedicated to clinical excellence, patient safety, and professional growth. A BSN and CNOR are preferred, with prior OR nursing and educator experience valued.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona or Compact State RN license (or eligible).
• ADN with BSN preferred; CNOR and educator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, plans, implements and organizes education activities for the Perioperative department.
• Serves as consultant, facilitator, change agent and leader.
• Develops orientation for new and transferred staff with ongoing education involvement.
• Assists in implementation of department quality initiatives and analyzes outcome data.
