• Assess formal and informal learning needs and develop education plans.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, implements and evaluates educational programs and utilizes methods and tools to assess learning goals.
• Collaborates with leadership and staff to facilitate quality and performance improvement initiatives.
• Acts as an educational consultant for leadership and staff on program development and clinical practice.
• Coordinates orientation programs and ensures continuity of onboarding.
• Analyzes learning needs and develops annual competency and education plans.
• Performs other duties, including direct patient care as required.
