Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for individuals and families. You will lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, ensuring patient safety, mentoring staff, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current PA RN licensure or eligible for licensure in PA.
• Certification in area of specialty is preferred.
• Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care.
• Promote patient safety and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and support junior staff and coordinate shift activities.
