Job summary

Virtua Health Marlton, NJ is seeking a part-time Patient Transport Technician to join our perioperative support team. You will provide basic care services including patient, specimen and equipment transport, and help with OR turnover and room cleaning.

Responsibilities include assisting with transferring and positioning patients, stocking supplies, and maintaining a clean, safe environment using established procedures and technology as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous healthcare experience/skills preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic care services including patient, specimen, and equipment transport along with room cleaning.
• Assists with OR turnover and maintains environment of care.
• Transports and positions patients safely and stocks supplies as needed.
• Uses available technology to support operations in the perioperative area.
