Access Community Health Centers in Madison, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse - Maternal Child Health (RN-MCH) to join a multidisciplinary team delivering prenatal, postpartum, and newborn care up to one year. The RN-MCH assesses health status, develops and evaluates care plans, provides patient and family education, and coordinates care across settings with the care team.

Required: WI RN license, CPR, Lactation Counselor certification within one year, and at least 2 years’ perinatal experience;

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current WI RN licensure.
• CPR certification and maintenance.
• Lactation Counselor certification or equivalent within one year of hire.
• 2+ years in perinatal care and maternal-child health.
• Experience with diverse populations; bilingual in English/Spanish desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide prenatal, postpartum, and newborn care up to 1 year after delivery.
• Assess patient health status and develop/adjust care plans.
• Educate patients and families; coordinate care with the interprofessional team.
• Ensure safety, effectiveness, and fiscal accountability in care planning.
