Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, automobile, and sufficient insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to pregnant women and new mothers.
• Build trusting relationships and meet clients where they are.
• Coordinate care using a trauma-informed approach.
• Develop and update individualized recovery plans with the team.
• Serve as liaison with therapists, healthcare professionals, and case managers.
