• Perform case management for congenital syphilis, elevated lead levels, and newborn screening as assigned.
• Follow agency policies, standing orders, and patient-specific orders.
• Promote quality customer service and maintain confidentiality.
• Assist with emergency response efforts as needed.
• Train and mentor new CHPS staff and participate in team meetings.
