Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Guard for full-time perimeter patrol in Raleigh, NC. You will shield residents and visitors, perform routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents.

You’ll document observations, respond to concerns professionally, and collaborate within a team to ensure safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• As a condition, a drug screen may be required; licensing may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by security procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and document observations per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
