Allied Universal in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Security Guard Full Time Perimeter Patrol to safeguard residents and site properties. You will perform routine unarmed patrols, monitor access points, and deliver courteous service to residents and visitors.

Job Description

As a Security Guard Full Time Perimeter Patrol in Raleigh, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to residents and visitors. You will communicate clearly, document observations, and respond professionally to concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and report issues according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
