Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state.
• BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum of two years supervisory/management experience.
• ACLS certification upon hire and maintain current.
• PALS certification for facilities caring for pediatric population.
• Peri-Anesthesia nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Peri-Anesthesia departments.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, workflow, productivity, and department performance.
• Ensure high-quality patient care, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and hospital leadership.
• Lead quality improvement and performance initiatives.
• Assist with budgeting, resource management, and operational planning.
• Support staff recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance management.
