Nurse Leader-Peri Anesthesia ( Pre-Op/PACU)

The Nurse Leader partners closely with physicians, nursing leadership, anesthesia teams, and hospital administration to ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered perioperative care while supporting operational excellence and positive patient outcomes.

Central Maine Healthcare (CMH), a member of Prime Healthcare Foundation, is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving approximately 400,000 residents across central, western, and midcoast Maine through a network of more than 40 primary and specialty care locations. Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

• Must have a current and valid state license as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.
• A minimum of two years supervisory/management experience necessary.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), required for all hires after 1/11/2021.
• Current ACLS (AHA) Certification upon hire and maintain current.
• Current PALS (AHA) certification for those facilities caring for pediatric population.
• Prefered experience in Peri Anesthesia Nursing.

Pay Transparency

Central Maine Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $84,905.60 to $122,990.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
