Qualifications

• Credentialing requirements for nursing leadership roles.
• Education requirements including BSN and MSN (or current enrollment).
• Experience sought: 5+ years progressive nursing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing unit operations and governance to improve patient care and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with UPHS, clinical, and entity leadership to implement programs and improve outcomes.
• Advance the Nursing Practice Model and participate in staff selection, development, and performance evaluations.
• Support patient safety, quality metrics, and regulatory compliance through data-driven actions.

Education

Bachelor of Science Nursing (Required)

Master of Science Nursing or currently matriculated in a master's level program (Required)

5+ years Progressive nursing experience (Required)
