Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or one year of experience may be substituted for each year of the education requirement; three months relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guest patrons face-to-face at the Box Office and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate hospitality and lodging for visiting artists, liaise with University Culinary Services, arrange local ground transportation.
• Maintain financial records and balance daily ticket sales; process deposits and daily reconciliation using CASHnet.
• Coordinate and provide support for theatre productions and events scheduled on campus, including resolving issues.
• Set up lighting/sound equipment and assist with programming cues for events.
• Meet with internal and external clients to discuss event details and suggest additional services.
• Represent department during on-site events, including evenings and weekends.
• Train and supervise students or support staff; act as box office manager as needed.
• Assist with special projects and perform related duties.
