Job summary

HealthEdge is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Performance and Tools team to enhance synthetic data generation, investigate enterprise performance, and develop AI-centric optimization scripts. You will work on scalable cloud-native systems, observability, and performance testing across CI/CD pipelines.

The role requires building and maintaining test data tools, collaborating with Dev, QA, and SRE teams, and applying performance engineering principles to ensure reliability and efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3 - 8 years of experience in Software Development and Performance Testing/Performance Engineering.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Support quality and development teams with the test data generation requirements.
• Learn in-house test data generation tool and enhance its capabilities.
• Develop solutions with an AI-centric approach.
• Design, develop, and execute performance test scenarios.
• Troubleshooting performance issues by analyzing application, infrastructure, and database bottlenecks.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, and SRE teams to resolve performance issues.
• Integrate AI/ML techniques into performance testing.
• Integrate observability tools in performance analysis and related processes
• Perform Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance (Soak), Volume, and Scalability testing.
• Create performance reports , reporting frameworks and provide optimization recommendations.
