Job summary

Synchrony Systems Inc. is seeking a Performance Test Lead to oversee performance engineering for critical banking applications. Onsite in Stamford, you will define strategies, workload models, and non-functional requirements, ensuring scalability and reliability.

You will design, develop, and optimize scripts using LoadRunner Cloud/Professional, VuGen, REST/SOAP, Kafka, and MQ, while integrating tests into CI/CD with Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitHub/GitLab.
