Performance Test Lead Technical Test Lead - US

Infosys is seeking a Performance Test Lead.

As a Performance Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert, reviewing the non-functional requirements of existing systems. Your responsibilities include conducting requirement analysis, defining test strategies, designing and executing tests to ensure high-quality outcomes, and designing optimal test environments to simulate real-time scenarios. You will collaborate with industry experts to create innovative, high-quality, and defect-free solutions to meet client needs, fostering a culture of teamwork, excellence, and diversity.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Systems Management, Math, Statistics, Operations Research, or Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Willingness to relocate to Charlotte, NC, or be within commuting distance.
• Ability to travel within the US and Canada.
• Authorized to work in the US without employer-sponsored visa.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Over 4 years of experience in Performance testing, monitoring, and analysis using tools like Dynatrace or AppDynamics.
• Expertise in JMeter for multiple protocols.
• Experience in debugging performance scripts, identifying bottlenecks, and collaborating with stakeholders on performance issues.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools such as SAR, vmstat, iostat, netstat, perfmon.
• Leadership skills to manage a team of performance testers.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience working in a global delivery environment.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to plan, strategize, and execute performance testing scripts using tools like JMeter.
• Experience in process audits, test reviews, and functional testing for OS, database, and security patches.

The role involves sitting and working at a computer for extended periods, with communication via telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required.
