Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is hiring a Performance Educator for the Ready and Resilient Training Services.

The role, based in Columbus, GA, focuses on resilience, positive psychology, and performance enhancement for DoD personnel and families. The position requires a Master’s degree in Sports Psychology or Kinesiology, professional affiliations, and teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Sports Psychology or Kinesiology with an emphasis in sport/performance psychology.
• Membership in professional associations (AASP/CMPC/ABSP) is preferred.
• Teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military and DoD personnel.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and information devices.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Attends training exercises and field operations as requested to coach clients and leaders in performance psychology techniques.
• Provides tailored educational programs and workshops for Families and Civilians in demanding environments.
• Recommends improvements to all aspects of program operations.
• Performs routine program operational duties.
• Conducts assessment, assists in program evaluation, and supports local research projects.
• Assists or briefs VIPs and high-ranking leaders when required.
• Develops and maintains professional development in performance enhancement and military knowledge.
