Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required and related experience.
• Clearance requirements include FBI, PA Child Abuse History, and MCCF when applicable.
• Training in Mandated Reporting Regulations compliance.

Responsibilities

• Promotes collaborative relations between QA and contracted providers.
• Oversees performance management for residential and in-home services.
• Verifies service invoices and supporting documentation.
• Reports monitoring activities and discrepancies to QA.
• Develops reporting formats and year-end summaries.
• Ensures provider Work Statements are updated annually.
• Fosters diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
