Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and the client narrative during meetings. You are the strategic voice and decision-maker for campaigns.

Role requires 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience, a proven ROAS/CPA/win story, and strong English communication for US-based clients. Remote work is available internationally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts in an agency environment.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the numbers.

As Performance Marketing Specialist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring
