Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking an Account Strategist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budgeting, and narrative decisions as the strategic voice in client discussions.

With 3+ years in Google Ads and Meta, you bring a proven ability to move ROAS/CPA metrics, and you will manage multiple clients across US/Canada/other regions. You will work remotely in a collaborative agency setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements.
• Experience managing multiple clients at an agency.
• Clear spoken English for US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps; articulate the story behind the numbers on client calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Account Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.


• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.


• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.


• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.


• Agency experience across several clients at once.


• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
