The candidate should be proficient with GA4 and GTM, and capable of independent optimization, analysis, and reporting. This in-person role is based in Tennessee, United States.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Develop effective lead generation strategies.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Create and optimise search, display, and social media ad campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPL, conversions).
• Analyse data to improve advertising performance.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4 and GTM.
• Execute A/B tests on creatives, headlines, audiences, and landing pages.
• Prepare regular performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and reduce costs.

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Develop effective lead generation strategies.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Create and optimise search, display, and social media ad campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CTR, CPL, and conversions.
• Analyse campaign data and improve advertising performance.
