Job summary

VB Cosmetics, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media and Performance Marketing Specialist to drive day-to-day execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more. You will optimize campaigns, manage budgets, and partner with Ecommerce and Content teams to improve customer acquisition and revenue growth.

You will translate performance insights into actionable recommendations, support testing, and help scale our growing digital program with strong attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, performance marketing, ecommerce, or a related field.
Experience with analytics tools such as GA4, Shopify Analytics, Triple Whale or similar platforms with ability to interpret campaign performance.

Responsibilities

Execute and manage day-to-day paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, AppLovin, and other digital advertising platforms.
Set up campaigns, audiences, budgets, creative, and tracking in partnership with the broader digital team.
Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing optimizations based on goals and performance trends.
Maintain campaign calendars, documentation, budgets, and performance reporting.
Stay current on platform updates, new advertising capabilities, and emerging opportunities.
Handle administrative/mailing duties as needed by the manager.
Other duties as deemed necessary by management.
