Job summary

Evolve is seeking a Senior Manager of Performance Marketing to own the paid acquisition program end-to-end in the United States. You will manage channel mix, budget, campaigns, and creative strategy, targeting a high-volume qualified-lead goal and efficient CPL.

In a small, high-ownership team, you’ll rebuild and expand channels, leverage first-party data, and partner with analytics to drive full-funnel impact from impression to signed agreement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in performance marketing or digital media buying with hands-on ownership of paid search and paid social campaigns.
• Experience scaling paid acquisition against CAC, CPA, or profitability goals at eight-figure annual media spend.
• Strong analytics and ability to act on funnel data; experience with attribution and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own channel strategy, budget, and in-month allocation across search, social, programmatic, and direct channels.
• Be hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; build audiences and optimize campaigns directly.
• Launch new channels from zero to one and develop paid creative strategy with partners.
• Partner with analytics, product, and sales on full-funnel measurement from impression to signed agreement.
