Job summary

World Acceptance Corporation is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid customer acquisition for lending, credit card, and tax products. You will build and scale Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and programmatic campaigns, while ensuring compliance and using data to optimize ROI.

The role requires hands-on platform expertise, cross-functional collaboration with Analytics, Compliance, Legal, and Operations, and the ability to translate unit economics into scalable media plans.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and optimizing campaigns within ad platforms.
• Knowledge of fair lending, FCRA, and platform credit policies affecting targeting and disclosures.
• Sufficient SQL knowledge or data fluency to validate campaign data and read schemas.
• Strong analytical judgment for budget decisions and leadership-level communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams including IT, Analytics, Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, build, daily management, and scaling of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
• Operate programmatic DSPs for native, display, and CTV with audience controls.
• Manage paid social, lead aggregator, and affiliate partners with compliance reviews.
• Develop bidding strategies aligned to loan value and credit performance; test-and-learn roadmap.
• Own budget planning, pacing, and forecasting by channel, product, and geography.
