World Acceptance Corporation is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid customer acquisition for its lending and credit products. This hands-on role builds, operates, and scales campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and programmatic DSPs to drive funded loans and loan value.

You will partner with Analytics, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to ensure compliant, high‑performing programs, manage monthly budgets, and optimize unit economics and attribution from click to funded

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, business, analytics, or related field.
5+ years of performance or growth marketing experience with paid media budgets.
Hands-on experience building and optimizing campaigns in ad platforms.
Experience with Google Ads and at least one programmatic DSP.

Mansioni

Own the strategy and daily management of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
Operate programmatic DSPs ( StackAdapt or similar ) and manage audiences.
Manage paid social, lead aggregators, and affiliate partners.
Develop value-based bidding, ROAS targeting, and CPA targets.
Maintain a test-and-learn roadmap across audiences, bidding, and placements.
Lead annual and quarterly budget planning and pacing.
