Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and optimizing campaigns within ad platforms.
• Knowledge of fair lending, FCRA, and platform credit policies affecting targeting and disclosures.
• SQL or data fluency to validate campaign data and collaborate with analytics resources.
• Strong analytical judgment for budget decisions and presenting results to leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across Marketing, Operations, Analytics, Compliance, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Own Google Ads and Microsoft Ads strategy, setup, and scaling with substantial monthly budgets.
• Operate programmatic DSP campaigns, including native, display, and CTV.
• Manage paid social, lead aggregators, and affiliates with pricing, quality, and compliance oversight.
• Develop value-based bidding strategies aligned to loan value and credit performance.
• Maintain a test-and-learn roadmap across audiences, bidding, creative, and placements.
• Lead budgeting, pacing, forecasting, and channel/geography spend optimization.
