Responsibilities

• Independently plan, execute, manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
• Develop performance marketing strategies to increase online sales and maximize ROAS.
• Generate qualified B2B leads for distributors, wholesalers, retailers and business partnerships.
• Drive B2C sales through Shopify, Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize conversions and reduce customer acquisition costs.
• Implement and manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, A/B testing and retargeting campaigns.
• Develop and optimize sales funnels, landing pages and high-converting advertising campaigns.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and take immediate corrective action.
• Coordinate with creative teams to develop effective ad creatives, videos and marketing content.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering ad spend, sales, leads, conversions and ROAS.
• Take ownership of advertising performance, lead quality, revenue growth and monthly sales targets.
• Independently develop strategies to scale profitable campaigns and achieve measurable business growth.
