Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set strategy, allocate budgets, and drive ROAS with campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.

You will lead the 90-day roadmaps, conduct attribution and reporting calls, and nurture long-term client relationships. This is a remote role with a focus on US-based clients and agency growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; built, ran and optimized campaigns yourself.
• Proven track record moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Experience in managing multiple clients at an agency.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing decisions.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and narrate numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term partnerships.
