Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets, testing and optimization, and ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; campaigns built, run and optimized.
Proven ROAS/CPA improvement or pipeline growth; can cite numbers.
Agency experience across multiple clients.
Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
Develop the 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
