Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Performance Marketing Specialist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding and testing, and ensure accurate conversion tracking using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; campaigns built, run and optimized.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers with data-driven decisions.
• Agency experience across several clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Lead when to kill a campaign and adjust strategy.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Provide 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and report on results.
