You bring 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience, a track record of improving ROAS/CPA, and strong agency experience across multiple clients with clear English on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Proven ROAS, CPA or pipeline improvements with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
