SharkNinja is seeking a Performance Marketing Analyst to join the analytics & media team, driving the profitable growth of paid campaigns across SharkNinja portfolios.

You will collaborate with channel owners and other departments to keep activations collaborative, organized, on schedule, and impactful for brand growth. This role offers a fast-paced environment with a blue-sky mentality.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of analytics or paid media experience, with a focus on performance analytics.
• Proactive, resourceful problem solver who can analyze data to improve campaign efficiencies.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in SQL and Google Analytics.
• Fluency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day analysis of paid campaigns to meet ROAS targets and revenue goals.
• Identify opportunities to drive more efficient customer acquisition across search, social and affiliate channels.
• Co-create campaign strategy with the Media Team to maximize ROI and educate the business.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate paid campaigns with omni-channel plans.
• Provide reporting and insights on campaigns and forecasting for product launches.
• Manage timelines, budgets, forecasts, billing, and deliverables with partners/agencies.
