SharkNinja in Needham, MA is seeking a Performance Marketing Analyst to drive paid campaigns and optimize ROAS across the SharkNinja portfolio. You will work with Digital Media, Brand, Product Marketing and Finance to keep activations organized, on schedule and impactful in growth.

The role offers growth in performance marketing within a fast-paced environment and requires hands-on analytics experience, SQL and Google Analytics skills, plus Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years of analytics or paid media experience.
• Experience with SQL and Google Analytics.
• Attention to detail, organized and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day analysis of paid campaigns to meet ROAS targets and revenue goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in customer acquisition across search, social and affiliate.
• Co-create campaign strategy with the Media Team to maximize ROI and educate the business.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate paid campaigns with omni-channel plans.
• Provide reporting and forecasting for campaigns and product launches.
• Manage timelines, budgets, forecasts, billing and deliverables with partners.
