Job summary

Fedcap Group is looking for a Performance Manager in Sanford, Maine to lead Opportunity Centers that support individuals receiving TANF. The ideal candidate will manage operations, provide career services, and lead a team dedicated to helping families overcome barriers to employment. You will drive measurable job placements and support community connections while fostering a growth-focused environment. A Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience are required. Starting salary is $60,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in career services or social services.
• 5+ years’ experience supervising teams.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Opportunity Centers.
• Conduct performance reviews and improve staff development.
• Collaborate with leaders for program growth.
• Represent Fedcap at external events.
• Ensure compliance through quality assurance audits.
