Hartford HealthCare is seeking a QAPI Specialist to lead data-driven quality improvement across home health services. You will compile trends, report quality metrics, and develop performance improvement plans to enhance patient safety and outcomes.

The role requires strong analytical skills, familiarity with OASIS, ICD-10 coding, and regulatory knowledge, plus the ability to train staff and collaborate across branches. Some travel within the United States may be necessary.

Qualificações

• Experience in data analysis and quality reporting for home health.
• Ability to design and develop performance measures and education.
• Familiarity with PI teams and quality improvement methodologies.
