Job summary

CenterPointe in Lincoln, NE is seeking a data-driven professional to lead agency-wide quality improvement initiatives, build performance dashboards, and analyze clinical, operational, workforce, and financial data to inform decisions.

You will oversee data integrity, reporting capabilities, and EHR reporting, presenting findings to executives, program teams, and grantors; 3–5 years BI/QI experience and a Bachelor's degree are required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's in Information Management, IT, Statistics, Public or Business Admin or related field. Master's preferred.
• 3-5 years' work in information management, performance improvement or QI reporting.
• Experience with BI reporting and analysis.
• Knowledge of SQL/HTML or coding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead agency-wide quality improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for measurable improvements.
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs and reports for leaders to monitor performance.
• Analyze clinical, operational, workforce, financial and quality data to inform decisions.
• Oversee data systems integrity and EHR reporting capabilities to improve workflows.
• Prepare and present findings for executive leadership, programs, and grantors.
