CenterPointe in Lincoln, NE seeks a Director of Quality Improvement to lead data-driven care enhancements across the organization. You will oversee performance dashboards, reporting, and program evaluation, and supervise the Quality Improvement Analyst while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

You will partner with teams to strengthen services, support informed decisions, and advance CCBHC outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in information-related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in information management, performance improvement, or QI reporting/analysis.
• Experience with BI reporting and QI analysis.
• Working knowledge of SQL, HTML, or coding preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead agency-wide quality improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for measurable improvements.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards, KPIs, and reports for leaders to assess performance.
• Analyze clinical, operational, workforce, financial, and quality data to identify trends and insights.
• Oversee CCBHC outcome measurement and evaluation efforts and ensure data used for decisions.
• Ensure data systems and EHR reporting are effective and accessible; improve workflows and automate reporting.
