Qualifications

• A bachelor is required with a minimum of two (2) years of work experience in project management with process improvement in healthcare or service industries.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or higher or plan to achieve within 9 months of employment.
• A minimum of two (2) years of data analytics or evidence of abilities to perform statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate identification, implementation, and measurement of complex improvement projects.
• Apply improvement methodologies and change management strategies to design new systems and re-engineer processes to improve operations and safety.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor outcomes and sustain gains over time.
