Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, public health, nursing, public administration, finance, mechanical, electrical, industrial, operations, civil engineering, or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Master's degree in healthcare, business, engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level improvement initiatives and direct transformational programs across Stanford Medicine Children's Health.
• Provide expert consultation, mentorship, and governance for improvement projects.
