Job summary

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver performance testing strategy for multiple projects, planning, preparing, coordinating, and overseeing end-to-end execution while maintaining quality and meeting client expectations.
• Discuss requirements, risks, blockers and technical clarifications in regular client meetings.
• Coordinate offshore performance testing teams to ensure seamless project execution and knowledge sharing.
• Provide guidance on performance testing approaches and methodologies to offshore teams and monitor delivery timelines.
• Engage onsite with client stakeholders; maintain regular interaction to support governance and issue resolution.
• Ensure successful delivery of performance testing projects with high client satisfaction and continuous improvement of processes.
