Job summary

• Minimum of 10+ years in performance testing/performance engineering.
• Hands-on NeoLoad experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of application/system monitoring and performance analysis.
• Experience managing performance testing projects and distributed/offshore teams.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong requirements gathering and analysis capabilities.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, assess, and drive performance testing strategies across multiple projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end performance testing activities with timely delivery.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans for performance.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Conduct regular client meetings, status reviews, and progress updates.
• Gather, analyze, and document performance testing and non-functional requirements.
• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to define goals, criteria, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and provide technical guidance.
• Monitor progress, resolve delivery issues, and ensure quality standards.
• Support onsite client engagement at least two days per week.
