Job summary

CAE Technology Services Inc. in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced Performance Testing Engineer/Lead to own the performance testing strategy and delivery for client projects.

You will coordinate offshore teams, manage client relationships as the SPOC, elicit requirements, and oversee onsite engagement two days per week to ensure timely, high-quality results and continuous improvement of PT practices.

Qualifications

• Experience leading performance testing programs or teams.
• Strong ability to elicit and document performance requirements and success criteria.
• Proven track record coordinating cross-functional and offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Define, drive, and deliver performance testing strategy across multiple projects.
• Coordinate end-to-end performance test execution, risk tracking, and mitigations.
• Act as SPOC for client relationships, progress reviews, and stakeholder updates.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to clarify performance goals.
• Guide offshore teams on approaches, ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Engage onsite with the client two days per week for governance and collaboration.
• Lead process improvements and uplift performance testing practices.
