The role demands hands-on analysis, collaboration with field service and asset management, and the ability to implement programs that improve operational performance. Up to 15% travel within the U.S. may be required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field.
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. to support portfolio assets.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in metrics and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational performance and trends for solar/battery sites.
• Lead performance tests and configure performance alerts.
• Collaborate with field service and asset management teams to improve site performance.
• Review and interpret performance data to identify issues and improvements.
